We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping for all fragile and antique items.

If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in the case of a seller error (incorrect item shipped).

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

Nature of Items

All items offered are antique or vintage pieces.

Due to their age and history, such items may show signs of wear, restorations, and age-related characteristics.

These are not defects, but part of their authenticity.

By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the nature and condition of antique items.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible and provide detailed photographs.

However, variations in lighting, display settings, and individual perception may affect how an item appears.

Minor imperfections or age-related characteristics consistent with antique items, even if not explicitly mentioned,

are not considered misrepresentation.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If an order is canceled at the seller’s initiative, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment providers available on the website.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms authorization to use the selected payment method.

Shipping

Shipping is carried out through third-party carriers.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transit, in accordance with our Packaging & Protection standards.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Insurance

The seller is not responsible for the actions of the shipping carrier

and does not issue refunds for lost or damaged items.

If the shipment is insured,

compensation is provided in the form of an insurance payout from the shipping carrier

or the selected insurance provider, in accordance with their policies.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is:

• returned due to an incorrect address;
  

• unclaimed;
  

• refused by the recipient;
  
  

all associated costs, including:

• original shipping;
  

• return shipping;
  

• additional handling fees
  
  

may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Returns

Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute through a bank, payment provider, or third-party platform,

the buyer agrees to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter.

Initiating a dispute without prior communication may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation, including product descriptions,

photographs, and policy agreements, in response to any dispute.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design,

is the property of Yana Lamar Gallery and may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
