By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Before You Buy

Please take a moment to carefully review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before placing your order.

All items offered are antique and may show natural signs of age, wear, or prior restoration — these characteristics are part of their authenticity and history.

Every order is shipped with transit insurance for its full purchase price, provided by Yana Lamar Gallery at no cost to the buyer (see Shipping Insurance below).

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in the case of a seller error (incorrect item shipped).

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

 

Nature of Items

All items offered are antique or vintage pieces.

Due to their age and history, such items may show signs of wear, restorations, and age-related characteristics.

These are not defects, but part of their authenticity.

By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the nature and condition of antique items.

 

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible and provide detailed photographs.

However, variations in lighting, display settings, and individual perception may affect how an item appears.

Minor imperfections or age-related characteristics consistent with antique items, even if not explicitly mentioned,

are not considered misrepresentation.

 

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If an order is canceled at the seller’s initiative, a full refund will be issued to the buyer.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time.

 

Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment providers available on the website.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms authorization to use the selected payment method.


Shipping

Shipping is carried out through third-party carriers.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transit, in accordance with our Packaging & Protection standards.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is carried out by the shipping carrier. Loss or damage in transit is covered by our shipping insurance (see Shipping Insurance below).

We are not responsible for:

  • delays in delivery;

  • actions or handling by the shipping carrier, except loss or damage in transit covered by our shipping insurance;

  • customs processing or inspections;

  • or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring timely receipt of the shipment.

 

 

Shipping Insurance

Every order is insured by Yana Lamar Gallery for its full purchase price against loss or damage in transit, at no cost to the buyer. Claims are filed and managed by the gallery.

Coverage terms, exclusions and the steps to take if a parcel arrives damaged are set out on our Shipping Protection & Claims page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

 

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.

 

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a shipment is:

  • returned due to an incorrect address;

  • unclaimed;

  • refused by the recipient;

all associated costs, including:

  • original shipping;

  • return shipping;

  • additional handling fees

may be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

Returns

All returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy,

which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these policies

and confirms that they have carefully reviewed the item description and all photographs provided.

All items are sold “as is”, without any warranties or guarantees.

We do not accept returns based on:

  • subjective expectations;

  • minor variations in condition;

  • natural age-related characteristics of antique items.

The seller’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,

Yana Lamar Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of our products or services.

 

Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute through a bank, payment provider, or third-party platform,

the buyer agrees to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter.

Initiating a dispute without prior communication may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation, including product descriptions,

photographs, and policy agreements, in response to any dispute.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design,

is the property of Yana Lamar Gallery and may not be used without prior written permission.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
